 There are two ways you can start searching:
you can start by selecting Taxi From menu option, or
you can click on airport name on the left.
When you find your airport, you'll see a list of destinations. Pick one you need and fill the booking form.
You will than receive an e-mail asking you to confirm your booking. When you do, you will receive another e-mail with your confirmation and only after that "wheels are set in motion", meaning that only confirmed taxi transfers will be carried out.
You have to print your confirmation, show it to your driver and pay in cash before boarding a vehicle.

 This seems obvious: you will select a vehicle for your airport taxi transfer just by counting people that need a transfer. Remember though that if you have a lot of bags, suitcases or sports equipment, you will probably need a larger vehicle.
Please use common sense. A taxi for three people, a regular sedan has only so much room.
So if your luggage exceeds two pieces per passenger, consider booking a mini-van or a mini-bus.
There is a part of our booking form where you can declare your extra luggage.
Please fill this part correctly. It is in your best interest. |

 Your taxi driver will be waiting at the airport or another pick-up point with your name on a name board.
Airports have different rules regarding parking and areas where taxi drivers are allowed to wait for passengers. Rest assured that your driver knows where to place themselves so you won't miss them.
They are experienced professionals and you are not their first passenger.
You have an obligation to contact your taxi driver as soon as possible. Do not go to grab a cup of coffee while your driver is waiting. Contact them first and let them know that you have in fact arrived. Your driver has no way of knowing if you are on airline's passenger list or not.
If you can't find your driver, call us immediately. The number is on your confirmation. |
